The hospitals listed below participate in the Tufts Health Plan network. When choosing a physician, you should always ask to which hospitals he or she admits patients, and where you are likely to be admitted for specialty care.

Navigator by Tufts Health Plan members can access the Navigator Inpatient Hospital List by logging on to the secure Member Resource Center.

For members of HMO Select and Advantage HMO Select, covered services must performed by providers who participate in our Select Network.
